People need to learn to watch where the hell they are going. The princess and the troll got sideswiped going over the cape fear memorial bridge today. They are fine but had our nine year old niece in the car with them scared poor Jasmine to death, a good Samaritan stopped to give a report to the Wilmington Police department so the lady that hit them would not be able to lie her way out of a ticket.

OMG, that is ridiculous! Thank god your folks were not hurt! It's crazy on the roads. I was on the commuter bus the other week when a radio announcement came over that another bus was side-swiped by a woman in a car while getting off the highway. The woman was on her cellphone at the time (which is illegal here), hit the side of the bus, didn't stop, and continued north to a gas station where she stopped to fix her hair. The bus driver couldn't believe it and followed her so she was able to give the dispatcher a complete description complete with license number.

My son was t-boned by a woman driver who shot through a red light while he was making a left turn on a green arrow advance sign. She was on her cellphone too, and she had her baby in a carseat in the back! She tried to lie to the police and say my son hit her but luckily there were eyewitnesses who told them what really happened!

There sure are all kinds of people out there! It's scary as hell! :(
